Yatooma's For the Kids Foundation

JOIN TOGETHER WITH YATOOMA’S FOUNDATION FOR THE KIDS TO HELP KIDS WHO HAVE LOST A PARENT THROUGH OUR 2012 ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, One out of every 20 Children age 15 and younger will suffer the loss of one or both parents. Approximately 45,000 children currently residing in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties will experience the death of one or both of their parents before they graduate from high school.

At Yatooma’s Foundation For The Kids, our mission is to bring tenderness to tragedy and turn tragedy into triumph for families of kids who have lost a parent by providing practical, professional and personal assistance at each stage of the grieving and recovery process.

By giving to our 2012 Annual Fund Campaign, you will help ensure that our life-changing work continues to rebuild lives of the growing number of families who turn to our Foundation for assistance each day.

Your support makes it possible for us to provide programs and services that include grief counseling; needs-based financial assistance that offers help with food, utilities, rent/mortgage payments, transportation and other basic needs; mentorship; educational summer camp experiences for kids; tuition assistance and job placement; family togetherness experiences and much more.

SUPPORT OUR CAMPAIGN IN HONOR OR MEMORY OF A LOVED ONE

We encourage you to give in honor or memory of a loved one, which can be acknowledged with a tribute card sent to a designated recipient with a personal message. This meaningful and gracious way of expressing your sentiments as a birthday wish, holiday greetings or for any occasion will be certain to warm the hearts of the special people who receive these tributes.
